Olivia believes in a holistic approach to wellness, integrating her knowledge of traditional dietetics with innovative holistic practices, aiming to alleviate pain and improve well-being from within. Recognizing that each individual’s pain journey is unique, she focuses on strategies to identify root causes and underlying imbalances to develop a tailored nutrition plan that will balance the body’s systems through a blend of science-backed techniques and real food solutions. Her goal is to show people how nourishing your body can be easy, enjoyable, and allow you to heal from the inside out.

After suffering from disc degeneration and spinal injury, she had to face her own battle with chronic pain, fatigue, nerve pain, and digestive problems. Healing her body through nutrition was such a powerful experience, Olivia has devoted her time to helping others get their health back.
